Your Safety Is Our Priority

Thank you for your cooperation with the following precautions & procedures we have implemented to keep our patients & staff safe.

In an effort to minimize interpersonal contact & maintain social distancing efforts, please do not enter the office if you do not have an appointment. We are not allowing walk-ins at this time.

Please note that cell phone use within the office is not permitted as they carry a lot of germs from frequent use. You may leave them in your purse or coat while in the office hung on a hook in the operatory.

Dependents under 17 years old or disabled persons may be accompanied by one other person. This guardian will be required to accompany the patient into the operatory. The guardian will not be permitted to leave the operatory until treatment is complete and the Dental Assistant directs them to the front desk check out area.

What We’re Doing

Please expect a phone call from reception a couple days before your appointment to remind you about the appointment and ask you the first set of COVID-19 pre-screening questions.

The Reception desk is equipped with a plexiglass shield and our receptionists will be wearing face shields.

We have added extra time between appointments to allow for an extremely thorough sterilization.

Your Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call us to let us know you have arrived. (For those without cell phones, when you call to book your appointment, the receptionist will make other arrangements with you.) When it is safe to enter the office, the receptionist will call you back to invite you in.

No person is permitted to wait in the lounge.

When you enter the office, you will be asked to go to the hand sanitiser station. You will be required to wash your hands.

At the Reception Greeting desk, please stand behind the plexiglass shield. Here the receptionist will record your temperature and have you read and sign the pre-screening COVID-19 records.

You will then be directed to your assigned operatory.

After Treatment

After treatment, you will be directed by the dental assistant to the reception checkout area. You will again sanitise your hands and then have a seat. The remainder of your appointment time will be the usual check out.

Only one patient at a time will be allowed at the checkout desk.
